RAPPORT NAMES NEW PRESIDENT
We are excited to announce that Jason Lindstrom has been named President of Rapport Leadership International! Since joining Rapport in 2008, Jason has proven himself as a man of action, character, and results. He has a proven track record to grow organizations, and his abilities to execute with structure, synergize a team, and hold people accountable are extraordinary!
Michael Saletta, Rapport’s Co-Owner and CEO, will continue in his role as CEO and is separating his daily operational role as President. Michael has served as Rapport’s CEO and President for five years. “I am very proud to lead this organization with Jason Lindstrom as Rapport’s President” Michael said. “Separating the roles of CEO and President is part of Rapport’s growth strategy to align executive strengths.”
As CEO, Michael will provide direction in the forms of vision, strategy, market intelligence, and organizational development. Jason will oversee internal operations and collaborate with Michael to build strategic client relationships.
Together Michael and Jason will work to synergize Rapport’s strengths to positively change the world and impact more businesses, families, schools, and communities!
