Since Rapport I have seen a great change in myself and how I handle situations. I still may live in effect on occasion because I truly think it is human nature to do so for a time. The great thing is I don't stay there very long! I have also utilized the feedback model regularly! I had an incident come up in one of my offices right after this training and I really believe had I not had this training to prepare me for what I experienced we would have lost employees. I chose to make it work and so did they, so we are on the right track!
