MEET DIANA SICKLES: SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR
We are excited to introduce Diana Sickles, Sales Support Coordinator at Rapport Leadership International. In 1989, Diana moved to Las Vegas from Denver, Colorado, to be close to her ailing father. Since coming to Las Vegas, she has enjoyed working in the restaurant industry as well as in childhood development. In her spare time, she creates recipes and serves them to her friends. She enjoys great conversation, friendship, and family. She is “Nana” to four amazing children and spends time with them at every opportunity! She lives with her three spoiled-rotten cats and has an adorable “temporary” kitten. Diana knew she could do better with her energy and talent, so when asked to apply at Rapport, she quickly responded “YES!”
What does working at Rapport mean to you?
Working at Rapport Leadership International is more than I ever dreamed. I get to express my talents and expand my capabilities constantly. Every day, I live the training, push myself, remain in cause, and count on my team. Working at Rapport has taught me that I am powerful! I am learning to step up in every area of my life – daily. I hold my friends and myself accountable to the concepts of truth and do my best to empower everyone I meet.
What do you love about your position at Rapport?
My position as a Sales Support Coordinator rocks! I support Team Possible, a Leadership Training Advisor team, in the area of administration, accountability, and motivation. I am inspired when speaking with clients before they attend class, and I do my best to set them up for a successful experience. After class, I am humbly overwhelmed when I hear of the clients’ breakthroughs and plans for thier future. I also enjoy supporting other areas of our organization and am willing to flex into any role that is most needed at the moment. My position is fast-paced, and often I multitask. It is exciting!
If you could share anything with the Rapport family of graduates, what would it be?
Remain open to change. Encourage those around you and live the values you created in your life. Dare to dream, dare to be vulnerable. Live out on those skinny branches and be a role model for those in your life! That’s all!
