When Vicky Di Sabatino graduated from Leadership Breakthrough One, her family came to cheer for her, support her and love her. The class had been amazing for Vicky and the transformation evident to everyone – especially her 10 year old son Anthony. Still energized by the experience of attending his mother’s graduation, Anthony declared a family meeting upon their return home. Together they discussed the changes they would make in their home, business practice and how they could “pay it forward” by sharing this powerful learning with others. Vicky made the commitment to donate $50.00 of every real estate transaction she closed to a Di Sabatino Rapport Fund. This money would help all the agents in her office pay their tuition to attend Rapport’s training.
Inspired by his mother’s commitment to others, Anthony began getting creative. He retrieved the dry erase board from the home office and created a new slogan – Nothing is Stronger than Family Power! Moments later he shared that he wanted to create bumper stickers and bookmarks with this new slogan and sell it to help raise money for the Di Sabatino Rapport Fund. He immediately went to work on font types, colors and designs and created a sample to take to his parent’s real estate office the next day. By selling the bumper stickers for $10 and the book marks for $5 he raised over $300 for the Di Sabatino Rapport Fund.

His father and older brother both attended class shortly after Vicky’s return home. Upon seeing the rest of his family graduate, Anthony decided that he would rather donate the money to teens who want to attend Teen Leadership Breakthrough since adults have more available resources

The Di Sabatino Family immediately incorporated the lessons they learned at Rapport into their family life and have begun a bonding process that brings them closer together as a family while working to help other families achieve the same strength.
