Meet the recharge challengers

The Recharge Challengers offer scholarships to Teen Leadership Breakthrough, Teen Eagle Quest and Leadership Breakthrough One (18-22) to our future leaders of tomorrow. They know that gaining the tools, skills and self confidence Rapport teaches at such a young age makes a difference for each individual and our collective future.
The funds for these scholarships are raised through major events and private donations. Many Rapport graduates have already been to the Galactic Recharge Celebration (GRC) held annually in Reno, NV. The 2007 GRC will be held on March 23-25, 2007. The GRC will be held at John Ascuagas Nugget in Reno, NV. To book your rooms now please use the group reservation code of: GGR7.
This amazing event is open to all ages, and is extremely rewarding. As a graduate of Rapport you can choose to attend as many of the powerful sessions as you would like, including the Master Graduate Ceremony. In fact, this is the only place to attend this inspiring ceremony that celebrates you and the journey you have made as a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International. Additionally, the Galactic Recharge features a goal-setting process, an elegant dinner with an outrageous Rapport-style dance party and much more! For more information on the Galactic Recharge Celebration, or to learn about opportunities to get involved, please email RechargeChallengers@yahoo.com.
Their Inspirational Beginnings
When the Reno Recharge Challengers began in 1996, no one had any idea where this amazing journey would take them. Initially, this incredible group came together to hold each other accountable for the growth each of them had experienced as a result of the training they had with Rapport Leadership International. They would regularly meet to share successes and leadership challenges, and support each other as each individual worked toward continual improvement in their business and personal lives.
As a way of eliminating “powerless words” from their vocabularies they created a “wimpy words jar,” and each time someone said one of these words they deposited some money into the jar. By 1998, they realized that they could send one teenager, who otherwise couldn’t afford Teen Leadership Breakthrough, to the training using the money they had collected.
When the first teen returned from Rapport’s Teen Leadership class, she knew that this was a gift she wanted to give to others. She organized car washes and raised enough money to send two of her friends. When the Recharge Challengers observed the ripple effect of sending a single teen through Rapport, they saw an opportunity to create a huge impact on teens, families, communities and the world. The decision to initiate their own fundraising campaigns then began, and they have built an incredible legacy by giving the gift of Rapport training to hundreds of teens and young adults.
From these humble beginnings, the Recharge Challengers have now sent over 400 students through Rapport’s teen and young adult training, and they have continued to meet on a regular basis to hold each other accountable.
