Meet Senior leadership training advisor joey eubanks
We are proud to introduce to you Joey Eubanks, Senior Leadership Training Advisor with Rapport Leadership International.
Joey began his career with Rapport Leadership International shortly after attending Leadership Breakthrough One in the spring of 2001. Prior to joining our team, Joey enjoyed an exciting career in the construction industry holding many leadership positions.
Joey’s passion in life is inspiring and motivating people to move to their own next level and beyond. Throughout his career he has always been a focused mentor and friend, and he continues to serve in that role through his position at Rapport.
What does working at Rapport mean to you?
I have been blessed with the ability to inspire and motivate people to levels that they did not think they were capable of achieving. I know that I am where I am supposed to be, doing what I am supposed to be doing. It is an honor to be a part of the incredible team at Rapport, and to be able to touch so many lives in a positive way.
What are you most proud of with your work at Rapport?
The relationships! I have had the opportunity to surround myself with connectors - people who embrace what Rapport stands for. They are willing to go out and share their experience with others and inspire them to spend a couple days taking a really good look at themselves, to really push themselves, so they can unleash their true potential. I know I am making a difference in this world, one starfish at a time. That is being part of the 3%!
You were instrumental in creating an alliance with the Consortium Institute of Management and Business Analysis (CIMBA). What has this alliance meant to you personally?
The partnership with CIMBA is an example of what I was just talking about. Our alliance with them will allow thousands of future leaders of tomorrow, as well as the faculty and staff of some of the finest universities out there, to redefine what true leadership is all about and become more effective in everything they do! This partnership has allowed us to expand overseas in Italy, and if we had to train somewhere it is a great place to land!
If you could share anything with the entire family of Rapport graduates, what would it be?
A true leader knows how to nurture relationships, not just business. When we truly empower people, we turn the staff of a business into a healthy, enthusiastic team. There is an art to exercising influence without resistance. It's your responsibility to put into action the core competencies of your training when you get home. It's by example that people will follow your lead. It's by your example that people will decide to take a stand for themselves and the world around them. My passion in life is to help you do this!
