We want to hear from you!

I am a recent Leadership Breakthrough One graduate and had a great experience! I want others that I know to experience the training, yet I find it difficult to explain to others why they should attend. Will you please help me with how to share your class with the people I care most about?
First off, congratulations on your successful completion of Leadership Breakthrough One! Your first step to sharing the class with others is to continue to apply the benefits you have received in your class - nothing speaks louder than putting into action the leadership skills that you gained and being a positive role model.
Sometimes students find it difficult to put their experience into words because the training is interactive and experiential. Let them know that the way Rapport teaches leadership is by presenting a series of challenges and processes that each participant will actually practice and experience. Our suggestion is to openly share the learning and the benefits you gained from every process throughout the training. For example, in any Rapport class you will experience teamwork and support in every exercise rather than learning about teamwork by discussing and analyzing it. Talk about the experiences you had in different processes.
Share a variety of examples of the leadership competencies that are delivered in the class, while also sharing the benefits and breakthroughs you personally had. The key to sharing Rapport training is to be open about your experience. Some of your friends and co-workers will need more information, and others will simply feel your passion for what you took away from your class.
Give them the opportunity to talk with a Rapport Leadership Training Advisor, and we will be happy to provide any additional details and answer any questions that you may not be able to answer.
Thank you for wanting to share the training with others that you trust and care for!
