Rapport Leadership International is proud to announce our newest Master Trainer – Mr. Eric McGrath! On October 26, 2007, Eric chose to pass himself after delivering an amazing Leadership Breakthrough One class. Ms. Mitra McNally, Vice President of Training, commemorated his extensive and intense Trainer Certification* journey concluding by presenting Mr. McGrath with a real Samurai sword and facilitating the Master Trainer oath.
Committed to making a difference, Mr. McGrath’s students feel his balance of strength and compassion. He demonstrates his strong character inside and outside the classroom and exudes his passion for life with each enthusiastic action. In addition to being an amazing trainer with Rapport, Eric is a loving and deeply dedicated father to his son. (*The path to becoming a Rapport Trainer is perhaps the most challenging development process in the training industry. The process requires thousands of hours of practice and classroom delivery and takes an average of 1 to 2 years to complete. Only 15% of selected candidates make it through our Entrance Exam and Trainer’s Boot Camp process to the point of achieving the Master Trainer level.
