What does working at Rapport mean to you?
Being a member of the Rapport Leadership International family is an honor. I am able to work with dedicated leaders who have a positive impact in the world day after day. Every morning I get to wake up and go to a desirable environment, filled with individuals I enjoy. I am proud to participate in a diverse organization that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Is it really another fantastic day?
Actually, it is another fabulous, fun-filled, fantastic day! When at Rapport Leadership International, I am surrounded by loving, unique, and spirited people who are my family, not just co-workers. It’s another fantastic day because we live with passion, conviction, courage and integrity. Everyday individuals' lives are impacted in a positive way - through the training, a conversation or any interaction with Rapport, which makes it another fantastic and successful day, everyday.
What do you love about your position at Rapport?
I love being able to bring a smile to an individual's face with my energetic, enthusiastic and professional greeting when he or she calls the Rapport Corporate Headquarters. I enjoy when clients share their experience of the training and how impactful it was for their personal and business life. I get to build relationships with clients over the phone and enjoy meeting them when they visit the office. Overall, I love the interaction that I have with every person I encounter and engage in a conversation with.
If you could share anything with the entire family of Rapport graduates what would it be?
Be a leader by owning every aspect of your life. You own your life by knowing that you are capable of accomplishing anything your heart desires. Take control of your life by looking towards the future and not living in the past. Remember that everything happens for a reason and contributes to the structure of your morals and goals in life. Carpe diem- seize the day!
