MEET CHRIS RIVITUSO: LEADERSHIP TRAINING ADVISOR
Meet Chris Rivituso, Rapport Leadership Training Advisor! Chris came to Rapport in 2007 after relocating from Huntington Beach, California, where he worked as a Mortgage Broker. He attended school and played baseball at Fullerton College in California. In his free time, Chris enjoys golfing, going to the river, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. He also loves spending time with his sixteen-month-old godson, Drew.
What does working at Rapport mean to you?
Working at Rapport means I am held accountable by my peers for everything I do inside and outside of work. It means I have an opportunity to work with top businesses everyday advising them on how to build strategic plans using Rapport’s training to grow their businesses. I also advise decision makers on the benefits of partnering with Rapport, when to schedule members of their team for Rapport’s intensive training classes and Organizational Performance Training, and when to arrange Rapport private classes. In the process, I learn about various types of businesses. The history and tradition of working at Rapport is amazing. It is a true honor to sit in my seat on the bus and walk through our Corporate Office doors every morning.
What do you love about your position at Rapport?
I love the fact that working at Rapport is like getting a Masters Degree in Business every day. I work with clients from all industries and get to learn how they operate their businesses. I get to travel and meet clients face-to-face as well as every Wednesday and Friday when they arrive at Rapport for training. I have a blast at my job which does not feel like work to me. Coming from a sports background, I enjoy working with my team, Team Possible, whose core values are Love, Trust, Focus, and Prosperity.
If you could share anything with the Rapport family of graduates, what would it be?
I would tell everyone to keep moving forward and keep learning. Always know that there is someone out there waiting to take your seat on the bus, so keep advancing yourself. It doesn't matter your age or your title, everyone is a leader and everyone deserves the opportunity to keep growing.
