What does working at Rapport mean to you?
I am grateful for my experience as a Rapport Team Member. Working at Rapport is a dream come true. I feel like I am answering a call, so to speak, by being on board with this incredible team. This journey is personal to me as I have turned into a beautiful butterfly with all that I have learned at Rapport. I feel like I am going to school everyday, rather than a job. I drive in to work and wonder "What will I learn today? What new awarenesses will I create today? Who will I speak with? What will the ripples I create today look like in 10 years?" It is fun! I know that my thoughts create my world and working at Rapport is the direct result of setting a goal to become a powerful woman and help others become powerful leaders as well. I am living my dreams with enthusiasm and taking ownership for my life.
What do you love about your position at Rapport?
The growing. I have an opportunity to speak openly and honestly with individuals who are committed to their success. The lessons are infinite. I am most passionate about being a part of something so big and so good with a crew that is as true as the sky is blue! I get to connect, listen, learn and express myself creatively. I get to be me everyday, and I am grateful for this freedom.
If you could share anything with the entire family of Rapport graduates what would it be?
Recognize that the other person is you. Most of my learning at
Rapport has occurred by asking myself, "What did I do to create the events
in my life right now?" I encourage you to give yourself the
best care that you can give. It's amazing to truly be the creators of
our experiences and each moment we ask ourselves the fierce
questions, our self awareness grows. Others will follow and discover
their dreams and desires. Find the fun in everything. Laugh. Be
you. I love you all! Thank you.
