Meet senior leadership training advisor robert "MAC" Mcinturf
We are excited to introduce Robert "Mac" McInturf, Senior Leadership Training Advisor with Rapport Leadership International. With over twenty years of experience in the personal development industry, he has called Rapport home since 2000. Mac loves to share the positive impact Rapport has on businesses, communities and individuals.
What does working at Rapport mean to you?
Working at Rapport means that I have the opportunity, and am provided a framework, where I can make positive contributions to the lives of Rapport graduates–as well as the people graduates nominate for our training. With graduates, I listen to and share in their growth gained by attending the training. In speaking with nominees I provide an overview of the training and create a strong foundation of understanding for the training that they are about to attend.
What do you love about your position at Rapport?
The thing I love most is the fact that I get to hear about the tremendous gains that graduates create for themselves through the training. I hear their success stories, and I talk with them about how the tools they created in the classroom will continue to serve them, and those around them, in their business and personal lives. I have the opportunity to mentor graduates and serve as a sounding board for them as they travel along their path of leadership.
If you could share anything with the entire family of Rapport graduates what would it be?
Life is a precious commodity, a grand opportunity and a limited engagement. No one knows how much sand is in the hour glass or what the future holds. Use your time wisely to be the very best you can be. Develop your strengths, skills and talents throughout your life and let life be a continuous growth process to best benefit you and those in your sphere of influence. Create your future using who you are; your strengths, talents, dreams and desires. Life is a process; growth is a process. As a wise man once said, “When you're green you’re growing and when you are ripe you’re beginning to rot… best advice is to stay in the growth mode.”
