Rapport Leadership International has refined the way we do business by moving to a high performance team model! With a clear understanding of the power of teamwork, Rapport is changing its approach to better service our clients.
On May 1st, 2008, we implemented a team model that will synergistically and systematically support you and your team at the highest level. Our spirited Leadership Training Advisor team has joined together to create a vision, core values, and a strategic plan to enhance their service and relationships with every client.
Moving forward, every client will be supported by a Leadership Training Advisor team consisting of a Senior Leadership Training Advisor, multiple Leadership Training Advisors, and a Sales Support Coordinator. Throughout the month of May, each team will be contacting clients to introduce their team to you.
The team approach empowers each team member to maximize the opportunity to share the Rapport vision and introduce our dynamic performance-based training and coaching to organizations everywhere. The powerful Rapport energy will continue to impact the lives throughout our businesses, families and communities.
