How did you and your organization get introduced to Rapport Leadership International?

A coworker had been talking about how Rapport training could change our organization and positively impact one’s life. I sent my son to Teen Leadership Breakthrough, and immediately went to my first training class shortly thereafter. In Leadership Breakthrough One training I resolved to send all my fellow executive team members to the training.

How many Rapport graduates does your organization have?

I’m not exactly sure… maybe 60 Master Graduates, over a 100 Power Communication graduates, and over a thousand Custom Performance Training program attendees.

Tell us about your Rapport experience?

I was certainly taken outside of my comfort zone, and from this uneasy perspective I was taught to look clearly at the objective. Distractions, which had been all too consuming, fell away. I saw that I had, within me, the power and ability to achieve the objective. Excellent tools to assist along the way were presented by Rapport. Having as many people in our organization as possible share this insight has created a synergistic value for all of us.

How has Rapport impacted you personally?

It has truly enabled me to focus on the objective and get results.

How has Rapport impacted your business?

We were a fractious group fighting forward to success. Often these struggles were unnecessarily amongst each other. We redefined our organizational culture, and have achieved business results that have enabled us to overcome difficult challenges and achieve the results we want.

What is the most surprising benefit you or your organization received from Rapport Training?

The courage and resolve necessary to take on any challenge without paralyzing fear.

How do you keep Rapport alive in your organization?

Continuous training and full incorporation of the concepts presented by Rapport into our organizational culture.

What class had the greatest impact on you and why?

Leadership Breakthrough One. This is where I committed myself to changing our entire company for the benefit of all stakeholders.

When you face a challenge in your organization, what tools from the training do you call on first?

Focus on the objective, establish consensus through focused leadership, and take action to move forward to the objective.
