Revlon enthusiastically embraces rapport

In March of 2007, Michael Saletta and Karen Penrod joined Revlon for their annual meeting in Florida. After three days of processes and keynote speeches delivered by Mr. Saletta, Rapport owner and CEO, Revlon enthusiastically embraced Rapport as you can see by the two letters below.

Passionate leadership is critical for the success of all organizations.
Instilling the principles of passionate leadership into each individual
across functions is the only way to change an organization's culture and move forward.

What started as a leadership learning opportunity on one individual's
development plan, is spreading like wildfire across functions in our
organization.  Rapport's leadership training has become a core component of helping our company unlock individual, and functional leadership potential.

Rapport Leadership International and the training methods they employ
are enabling our company to create a culture of Passionate Leadership!

Karl M. Obrecht
Executive Vice President of Customer Business Development
Revlon, Inc.

Michael discusses alignment with Revlon's senior executive team.

Leaders can't make people passionate, passion comes from within Leaders need to create the environment in which people can ignite their passion.  Rapport Leadership ignites people’s ability to live and work passionately while highlighting to leaders the need to create a culture that lets people be the best they can be.

Tregg L. Brown

Vice President Customer Business Development
Revlon Corporation

Revlon team experiences Rapport's energy and passion.

Not a typical keynote, Rapport has the Revlon team get involved in a communication exercise.

Revlon team demonstrates their infinte potential through a push-up metaphor.
