MEET MICHELLE FONSECA: RAPPORT TRAINER
It is our extreme pleasure to introduce you to a powerful and enthusiastic woman, Ms. Michelle Fonseca. Michelle serves as a Leadership Breakthrough One and Leadership Breakthrough Two Trainer for Rapport Leadership International; she is also a coach for new trainers in the organization. Indeed, she is a shining example of what it means to live everyday with heart, body and soul. She considers her most important role being a mother of three beautiful children and a loving wife to her husband. Michelle knows that by getting out on the skinny branches we can truly make a difference in the world in which we live!
What does working at Rapport mean to me?
Working with Rapport is an honor for me. This opportunity of a lifetime allows me to work for an organization that believes in giving back to others, empowering people to be their very best, being open to change, and experiencing passion and enthusiasm at a powerful level. It means that I GET to be and I CHOOSE to be part of the three percent making a positive difference. That is very important to me in my dash.
What do I love about my position at Rapport?
I live everyday with my personal integrity that what I teach is how I choose to live my life. I love that I get to see people realize and take ownership of their potential in this lifetime. I love that I get to facilitate a training that allows people to grow and change, to get in touch with their hearts, and to learn how to give back to the people they love the most. Being a trainer, I get to meet amazing human beings in every single class. I also love that I get to share my love for this life, my passion, my heart, and my enthusiasm for life with every class I train. It is genuine. It is a dream to me, that what I get to teach is the way of life for myself and for my family. It is beautiful. It is unbelievable sometimes that I am in a career that I am so truly passionate about and committed to, AND I am constantly growing. I am living my best life!
If I could share anything with the Rapport family of graduates, what would it be?
CHOOSE to live your life fully. Choose to focus on your true priorities in your life. Create balance for yourself, your family, and your career. Surround yourself with graduates. Get your family through Rapport. JFDI! I am proud to say that the majority of my family members are all Master Graduates! Just as in class, you choose to surround yourself with people who are going to support you and hold you accountable. Live what you have learned. Go back to the morning of your first half of the final and the commitments you made and the joy you felt; get in touch with that again. Teach your children NOW! Live your life with gratefulness, enthusiasm, and passion. Take risks. Laugh a lot every day. Stop talking about all you will do and JFDI!
