You know what Rapport Leadership training can do for a business – imagine the difference it could make in our schools. Here at Rapport we decided that we wanted to do more than imagine, we wanted to find a school where we could begin creating a passionate Rapport culture. After an extensive nation-wide search, we selected Manor Independent School District, partnering with two of their high schools: Manor High School and Manor New Tech High School, a Texas Science Technology Engineering and Math Initiative (TSTEM). TSTEM Schools are designed to give students an advanced education in science, math and technology disciplines. They have been financially backed by The Gates Foundation, The Dell Foundation as well as private funding.
The superintendents’ cabinet have all become Master Graduates of Rapport Leadership International as well as the administrators of both schools. Teachers from Manor New Tech High School will be Master Graduates and the vision is to begin sending students through Teen Leadership Breakthrough this fall. Teens will return to a supportive environment filled with Rapport graduates who will continue to foster their leadership development.
