Meet Lori Alexander: Director of Trainer Education
We are pleased to formally introduce Lori Alexander, our Director of Trainer Education. Lori attended Leadership Breakthrough One in 1992, and began training Power Communication in 1993. In 1994 she came on-board with Rapport full-time as a Trainer and has since educated herself and other members of the training team on the delivery of multiple Rapport classes. In 1999, she agreed to take on the role of Director of Intensive Training and her success in that position led to her appointment as our Director of Trainer Education. In this role, Lori gets to focus on her love of learning and teaching. Lori lives in beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming with her husband Don and spends much of her free time as an active member of her local community.
What does working at Rapport mean to you?
I have always looked at Rapport as the way I live my life and not just work or a job. I have had the opportunity to create deep, meaningful relationships while being associated with Rapport. Those relationships mean everything in the world to me and begin with my family, the incredible people at Rapport that I am blessed to work with everyday, and the clients and students I have had the opportunity to train over the years. I love all the new things I get to learn and experience and the challenges that I am presented with. I continually have the opportunity to put in to practice what our training is all about and what this company stands for.
What do you love about your position at Rapport?
Everything! I love being able to share with others what I have learned from very insightful and knowledgeable people and to have the opportunity to always learn new things. I especially love the team of people I get to be around, the fun we have together and how we always look for ways to be better and be accountable for what we do.
If you could share anything with the entire family of Rapport graduates what would it be?
Use what you have learned and create each day the way you want it to be! So many times I hear people say at the end of a class, "this feeling will disappear." That is a choice that each of us makes every single day! Take responsibility for your life and how you feel, you have the tools and it is up to each of us to use them to create what we want.
