Dr. Al Ringleb, Executive Director of the Consortium Institute of Management and Business Analysis (CIMBA) in Italy and professor of economics and business law at the University of Kansas will be discussing the role leadership development plays in our educational system and will share the vision and research findings from the Neuro-Science of Leadership Institute which he recently founded.
In additon to CIMBA, Dr. Ringleb's work takes him to places around the globe including France, Germany, England, Russia, Latin America and Hong Kong. He has served on numerous academic boards including the Open Universities of Europe, the Institute of Pacific Asia and the Forum of Scientists and Specialists for Soviet-American Dialouge. He developed full-time MBA campuses in Italy and Germany and recieved the Distinguished Teaching Award and Research Fellow for the Center for International Business Studies from Texas A&M University. Dr. Ringleb has co-authored two books and published numerous research articles.
