The Hedgehog of the Year corresponds with Rapport’s Employee of the Year for 2007. The Hedgehog philosophy comes from Jim Collin’s book, Good to Great. In our context, the hedgehog represents the individual who works consistently with intense focus, is deeply passionate about the work he or she does, is committed to executing his or her role and responsibility with Dantotsu – “the best of the best”, and is a shining example of living our mission, vision and values!
Mr. Bill Lindsey is Rapport Leadership International’s transportation manager. However, anyone who knows Bill will tell you he is famous for being Rapport’s ‘coach’ driver. It is his pride in his role that makes him such an asset to our team. For him, driving the coach is not just a job; it is a responsibility. By transporting the students to and from the Rapport Executive Retreat, he participates in their journey of growth and development. Bill attends each and every graduation, showing up with words of encouragement and support for the new graduates. He is the living definition of what it takes to give 100% heart, body, and soul! Bill has the ability to put individuals at ease, and he makes everyone feel appreciated and important. Bill’s enthusiasm and passion for life is admired by his peers, by the students, and, most importantly, by his loving family. Rapport is honored and excited to have him as a member of our team.
