Meet our director of finance: michael hobbs
We are excited to introduce Michael Hobbs, our Director of Finance. Michael joined our team in 2005 and has over 25 years experience working in Finance. A former Marine, he has discovered his passion here at Rapport and loves the opportunity to express it daily!
What does working at Rapport mean to you?
To be a member of the Rapport Leadership International team means supporting humanity itself. Our training cuts through all the artificial divisions we put between and upon ourselves. Our training facilitates a journey back to the base of humanity from which all good things stem. This base of humanity is the common connection between us all. It is the true foundation of all leadership.
How do you express your passion?
I define passion as intense enthusiasm. I am intensely enthusiastic because I believe in what I do; I enjoy it; and I am unafraid to publicly express that joy. I express my passion daily by enthusiastically sharing my knowledge, skills and expertise to further the mission of Rapport Leadership International. I also express my passion by doing whatever I can to inspire my staff and fellow team members to do the same.
What do you love about your position at Rapport?
I love knowing that I am helping to make a difference in people’s lives. I love being part of a team where it’s ok to be passionate about Finance. I love being an integral part of the engine that allows Rapport Leadership International to facilitate change in the world. I love coming to work every day!
