Rapport Leadership International is excited to announce the launch of an exciting process to measure and assess our leadership training. For the first time, your company will be able to see the results of your training investment!
All Rapport Leadership Breakthrough One (LB One) graduates will be completing a survey assessment following their class experience. An independent survey assessment organization, Metrika-Phoenix, will gather, review, and analyze students’ feedback. Metrika Phoenix’s founder, Dr. Robert Thompson is a Psychometrician and author of the book “Measuring the Unmeasurable.” This survey will allow LB One participants to provide honest and specific feedback about their class and perhaps more importantly, it will help to anchor in the leadership skills and competencies.
Metrika-Phoenix has conducted extensive research on Rapport Leadership Training over a five-month period in order to develop a unique customized assessment process. This assessment uses groundbreaking technology and methodology, which distinguishes it from any other surveys. It uses a patented process for measuring both attitude and behavior changes. Each participant’s identity will remain anonymous to help ensure open and honest reporting of outcomes. Participation in the survey process and aggregate reporting results are available for no additional charge. Client specific reports with customized analysis will be available for a nominal fee.
Rapport understands that leadership development is not an event; it is a process. This survey process will continue with a follow-up survey 30 days following the participants’ graduation from LB One. This will allow participants to determine the sustainability of their learning and ongoing application of the LB One leadership competencies.
