NEW ON-TEAM REQUIREMENTS FOR TEEN LEADERSHIP BREAKTHROUGH
Rapport announces the opportunity to be a part of something big: a teen’s future!
In July, Rapport restructured the requirements for going On-Team for Teen Leadership Breakthrough (Teen LB). This revision gives graduates of both Leadership Breakthrough One and Power Communication the opportunity to go On-Team for Teen LB. Previously, adult On-Team members were required to be Master Graduates because the processes delivered in Teen LB corresponded with processes delivered in Leadership Breakthrough One, Leadership Breakthrough Two, and Power Communication. As Leadership Breakthrough Two evolved, many of those processes were removed, which eliminated the risk of lessening the LB Two experience.
We highly encourage you to go On-Team, as you will gain valuable insights and new tools that will allow you to take your leadership skills to another level. For an unforgettable family experience parents and teens may go On-Team together.
