MEET Jamie Roth: Leadership Training Advisor
We are excited to introduce to you Leadership Training Advisor, Jamie Roth! Jamie was first hired to work for Rapport Leadership International on Sept 11th, 2001. On his first day of employment our world changed forever! Jamie worked as a Leadership Training Advisor for 13 months. In October 2002, Jamie chose to leave the Rapport Family and return to corporate America to put his leadership skills and training to the test! He went to work in the vacation ownership industry where he became the top producing sales consultant for Hilton Grand Vacations Club (1.5 million in Sales in his last year!). As 2006 was closing out Jamie realized his true calling was with Rapport. In January 2007, Jamie returned to Rapport as a Leadership Training Advisor. Jamie has been married to his wife Rose for 20 years and they have a son James F. Roth, III who is now 18 and a proud graduate of Rapport’s Teen Leadership Breakthrough course.
What does working at Rapport mean to me?
Working for Rapport Leadership International means I get to make a difference in the world EVERY DAY! I am privileged to be surrounded by people who have dedicated their lives to creating a positive "ripple effect" in the world! For many years my personal motto was always to "leave this world better than I found it." At Rapport Leadership International, I get to live this motto in the most powerful of ways every day! This, without a doubt, is the best and most rewarding job I've ever had!
What do I love about my position at Rapport?
I love hearing from our graduates when they share how our training has opened them up to be better leaders both in their business and personal lives! One of the best days of my week is Monday when we get phone calls from recent Leadership Breakthrough One graduates. They call in, projecting in the telephone,”GOOOOOOOOOD MORNING!" in a raspy voice! They have spent the past two and a half days out on the skinny branches! It is always humbling to hear first-hand how graduates broke through their walls and decided to take their leadership skills to the next level!
If I could share anything with the Rapport family of graduates, what would it be?
Make sure you come back and go On Team on a regular basis! Our training classes are incredible and when you go On Team, you get an awesome opportunity to recharge and the opportunity to keep the training alive in your life! As everyone knows, bugs will hit the windshield of life from time to time, and the world has a way of pulling us down. When you go On Team, you get a phenomenal chance to get back on top of your game, be refreshed and give an incredible gift - your time! That's all.
