Meet Corinne McElroy: Rapport sales trainer and leadership performance coach
We are pleased to introduce you to an amazing Rapport team member who has consistently taught our Rapport team how to think big. Corinne McElroy began working at Rapport six years ago as a Leadership Training Advisor. Through this role, she was able to work with her clients after training to help them understand the benefits they recieved and how to continually apply them in life. Ultimately it became clear to Corinne that her passion is to help others find sucess. After moving to Eugene, Oregon with her family, she started down the path to become a Leadership Performance Coach. She is now a Professional Coach certified through the Coaches Training Institute, and dedicates herself on a daily basis to improving performance and creating success for all through the process of coaching.
What does working at Rapport mean to you?
It has meant a change in every area of my life. I started with Rapport as a Leadership Training Advisor. With the support and love from my team/family at Rapport I moved to Eugene, Oregon and started on a totally new path of passion, love and great strength within. Now I am the Sales Trainer/ Leadership Performance Coach and feel more alignment with my life mission than ever before. My husband and both of my daughters are Rapport graduates and all of us are Eagle Quest Warriors. We are a very powerful team and family because of all the growth we have had through Rapport's training and support.
What do you love about your position at Rapport?
I love working with people - knowing that each day I make a difference in other people's lives for the betterment of them personally,and within their work places, families and communities.
If you could share anything with the entire family of Rapport graduates what would it be?
Look around you at the people in your life and those that are just walking by. Make a connection with them, reach out to them and make a difference in their lives. It makes a difference in the world.
